Based on the part's material, structural characteristics, precision requirements, and batch size, we develop an optimal process plan:


· Determining the optimal process chain: Roughing → Semi-finishing → Heat Treatment → Finishing → Surface Treatment

· Allocating machining allowances rationally across operations to balance efficiency and accuracy

· Selecting the most appropriate equipment combination to avoid "using high precision machines for rough work," which leads to waste

· Designing dedicated fixtures and tooling to improve clamping efficiency, positioning accuracy, and batch to batch consistency

· Developing CNC programs and conducting virtual simulation machining to preemptively identify risks of collision, over cut, and tool deflection

Material Selection & Heat Treatment Solutions
 Helping customers avoid pitfalls — selecting the wrong material is the single largest hidden cost in machining.


· Material Selection Guidance: Based on the part's service conditions (wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, light weighting, electrical conductivity, etc.), we recommend the most cost effective material. For example: 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for lightweight applications, GH4169 or Inconel 718 for high temperature environments, and hardened Cr12MoV or SKD11 for wear resistant scenarios.

· Heat Treatment Solutions: We offer a range of processes including quenching and tempering, hardening + tempering, carburizing, nitriding, vacuum heat treatment, solution treatment + aging, etc., accompanied by hardness test reports and optional metallographic microstructure photos.

· Surface Treatment Coordination: Based on the final service environment, we recommend galvanizing, chrome plating, anodizing, electroless nickel plating, blackening, Dacromet coating, painting, and other finishes, supported by salt spray test data for reference.

Fixture & Tooling Solutions
 Demonstrating our ability to solve clamping challenges, especially for complex non-standard parts.
 For difficult to clamp parts such as irregularly shaped, thin walled, or deep cavity components:


· Designing dedicated pneumatic/hydraulic fixtures, vacuum chucks, or magnetic chucks to minimize clamping deformation

· Optimizing fixture locating datums to ensure repeat positioning accuracy of ≤0.01mm

· Selecting high performance domestic or imported cutting tools (e.g., carbide, CBN, PCD) combined with high rigidity tool holders to improve cutting efficiency and surface quality

· Customizing cutting parameters for difficult to machine materials (titanium alloys, super-alloys) to control cutting heat and tool wear

Programming & CAM Simulation
 A digital capability differentiator, especially for highly complex parts.


· Programming with professional CAM software such as Mastercam / UG NX / Hypermill

· All 5-axis simultaneous programs are verified through over-cut or NX simulation to eliminate risks of collision, over cut, and undercut

· For critical complex parts, we can provide 3D simulation videos of the machining process, allowing customers to "see" how the part will be machined before production begins
