Do you have a minimum order quantity （MOQ)? Can you make just 1piece ?
No MOQ Limitation.we specialized in Non-Standard custom parts and accept orders starting from 1piece .whether it’s a single prototype .small pilot run or high-volume production ,we treat very order with the same level of care .No”setup fees “for small orders --and the same quality standards apply across the broad
what if we don’t have formal CAD drawings --Only hand sketches or physical samples ?
No problem ,we accept a wide range of formats :STEP/IGES/X_T/Solid works /UG/PDF/DWG?.If you only have hand -drawn sketches or physical samples .we can also assist with reverse engineering and 3d modeling
what material can we machine what materials do you not handle?
We cover 30+material types --Carbon steel,alloy steel ,stainless steel (304/316/17-4PH),aluminum alloy (2A12/7075),Titanium- alloy (TC4),Copper alloy .engineering plastics (PEEK.PTFE) and super-alloys (GH4169/Inconel) among others.
How do you ensure that my parts meet quality requirements?

Three-Layer quality assurance    
1.Equipment :German ZEISS CMM (accuracy :0.9+L/350μm）+roughness tester +contour profile+hardness tester-a full range of inspection instruments.    
2.Process control :Incoming material inspection --In process --final inspection -every stage is documented      
3.Deliverable:Each shipment includes a full-dimension FAI report or critical-dimension inspection report ,with data traceable for up to 3 years    
   
If quality issues arise due to our error .we commit to unconditional rework or remake at no cost to you .

Are you willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?will our drawings be kept confidential
Absolutely --and it’s our standard practice .All customers sign a NDA before project  and hard -copy materials are fully destroyed or returned .Internally,drawings are manged with role-based access control -Unauthorized personnel have no access to customer data .
How soon can i received after sending drawings?
For standard drawings ,you will receive a formal quotation and DFM analysis within24 hours

For complex parts or those requiring material selection assistance .we will communicate in advance --typically within 48hours
